The Kansas City BMW Motorcycle Club is a voluntary association of individuals interested in BMW motorcycles. The purpose of the Club is to promote the enjoyment of owning and riding BMW motorcycles and to promote the use of BMW motorcycles for recreational and other purposes by the members.

We meet on the 4th Monday of each month at Pegah’s Family Restaurant in Lenexa. The meeting starts at 6 pm, but folks show up at about 5pm for food & drink. Stop in and check us out!

I came to riding later in life at 33 years old when I purchased a Yamaha RoyarStar Tour Deluxe. I started touring shortly thereafter. Now, 20 years later, I am approaching 200k+ miles on 8 different bikes. Like many others, I fell in love with the thought of adventure touring by watching Long Way Round, and immediately bought a KLR. I eventually upgraded to a BMW-GS and have not looked back. I have been intrigued by motorcycles since I was young, but once I finally rejected reason and logic, I found my passion and that is motorcycling.
